Kayak the Nicomekl River
Sunset Paddle anyone? 19th June from 6pm – 9pm, come join us for a paddle of the Nicomekl River. The Nicomekl is an important fresh water artery that is tidal influenced. The area is the hunting ground for heron, loon, eagle, ospery, sandpipers and a number of migratory waterfowl.

Kayak the Little Campbell River
June 2nd, from 6pm – 9pm, The Little Campbell River, is full of history dating back to the early 1900’s. Running through the Semiahmoo First Nations Reserve provides a glimpse of the local area prior to urbanization.
The bans of the Little Campbell are a home of many shorebirds, kingfishers and eagles. This river is tidal influenced and the spawning grounds for a variety of species of salmon.
Experience Level required: Novice

Traveling with your Pet into Canada
Some information for those wishing to bring their pets with them when traveling into Canada:
There is no quarantine period for pets entering the country, however there is a $30.00 inspection fee.
A current health certificate, completed by a licensed veterinarian, in either English or French is required. It must be dated within 10 days prior to departure to Canada must accompany the pet.
The certificate must state that the veterinarian has examined the dog/cat and is satisfied that:
the pet is not less than eight (8) weeks of age at the time of examination
is free of any clinical evidence of disease

Internet Cafes
Being that I am currently traveling, I think this post is way overdue. One thing that I have found so valuable, even trip savers, it is Internet Cafes. My entire trip has been researched, planned and executed pretty much through the internet. I have purchased all my plane tickets, booked hotels, guest houses, and hostels.
