Weekly mixed-level yoga lessons are taught overlooking Vancouver’s gorgeous English Bay.
The yoga sessions start at 9am sharp, so please get there well ahead of time, and respect the groups practice by enjoying silence before the start of the yoga session.
Everyone is welcome, from beginners to advanced, make sure you bring your own yoga mat, wear comfortable, loose clothing and bring plenty of sunscreen in case there is no room in the shade. Washrooms are available but are not close by.

The Grouse Grind is a very popular 2.9 km hike to the peak of Vancouver, located in North Vancouver at the base of Grouse Mountain.
It is an extremely steep and mountainous trail that begins at 300 m elevation level and climbs to 1100 m straight up the face of Grouse Mountain.
Hiking time vary considerable depending on the individuals fitness level and hiking experience.

Two days back in BC from my travels in Southeast Asia, and I was out on the zodiac. Needless to say the 5 degree weather was certainly not the 38 degrees I had become use to.
So, off to the Abyss, this beautiful beach, wall dive area about 10 minutes up the Sechelt Inlet.
