It only seems right that I write this story…since I am currently traveling around Southeast Asia, and Thai food is simply amazing.
Grace is the Owner and Executive Chef of “Simply Thai“. She was born and raised in Bangkok, where she apprenticed under the teacher of the Royal Thai Chefs for the Royal Family of Thailand. For this very reason you will be able to find true Thai cuisine, dishes seasoned with kaffir lime leaf, Thai basil, Pandum leaf and other essential ingredients that come directly from Thailand.
