Spring is upon us and with it brings a long list of concerts to look forward to in the upcoming months!
Here are just some of the ones I am looking forward to:
The Foo Fights will hit the Vancouver Coliseum on March 30 and will be playing music off of their current CD “Echo, Silence, Patience and Grace.
Bruce Spingsteen and his E Street Band will be at GM Place on March 31, which will surely be one of the most anticipated concerts of the spring.

Celebrating the beginning of the two year countdown to the Vancouver/Whistler 2010 Winter Olympics, this series of events highlights talent not only from around BC, but also from around the world.
Various venues with be hosting hundreds of performances of contemporary, classical and Aboriginal music,, literary arts, theater, dance and film. The impressive line-up of events will begin February 1 and run through to March 21, 2008.
The Vancouver 2010 Cultural Olympiad Gala Concert takes place on February 12, and includes performances by Feist, Suzie McNeil, Ron Sexsmith, Leela Gilday, Jorane and the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra.

Here is a place that is just full of family fun. This place never failed to be full of fun, especially on those days when I had nothing to do, and I wanted something to keep me occupied.
Whippletree Junction is set within 14 restored buildings from the early 1900’s, filled with specialty shops and restaurants. The Junction is situated 7 km south of Duncan.
Got a slow day…want some entertainment….be sure to check this place out!
