The 1st, 2nd, and 3rd of February will be the dates for the 16th Annual Wellness show being held at Vancouver Convention & Exhibition Center. This promises to be one of Canada’s largest Heath and lifestyle showcases. The event will be offering an interesting range of topics and guest speakers and close to 300 exhibitors, all providing insight on the latest in nutrition, fitness and health.
