In the dining area, the regular menu holds for the first seating and a five-course chef&#8217;s menu ($65) kicks in for the late seating. There will be a DJ, dancing, party favors and champaign at midnight.</p> <p><strong>Opus Hotel</strong> &#8211; 322 Davies Street<br /> Forget the sit down multi-course dinner. There will be celebrating going on in various public areas of the hotel.
